A group recognizing all Reagan alumni and friends supported a SPARK project to celebrate their 90th birthday.  Since 1983, the nationally recognized SPARK Program has created over 200 public parks on school grounds. This project consisted of an outdoor large steel mascot situated at Heights High School.
